All About Post 16
we are aware that there is not a significant amount of information on post 16, our volunteers are trying to collate information together surrounding this so we can ensure parent carers and individuals with SEND can come to this page and find out what they need to know. We know after your children leave school/you leave school it can be daunting, and you do lose the support network you had from the educational setting, so we are trying to help with that.
