These coffee sessions are for all parents who have children with additional needs (your child does not need to be diagnosed!) The aim is to provide a friendly and inclusive place for parents and carers of children with additional needs to meet each other and have an informal chat over coffee and cake! We hope this will be a platform to enable parents and carers who have been through the same experiences and faced the same challenges to come together with other people who ‘get it’ and get support.

SENDAC will also be bringing multiple different professionals to the coffee session depending on the needs of the group i.e. occupational therapists, senior leads from the Local authority, local support groups, SENDIASS etc.

These are only for Parents of children with additional needs, so there will be no children’s activities etc, however, we have deliberately booked private rooms so there is space for children/babies to play, if you are unable to make childcare arrangements. Feel free to bring toys etc.

All of our venues are accessible to those in powerchairs/wheelchairs and all have free parking.
